1. General

1.1 21Bet brand is a property of Aureate Gaming Solutions Ltd. That is Maltese company with company registration number C77528 having its registered address at Valletta Buildings, South Street, Valletta, MALTA. Aureate Gaming Solutions Ltd. is licensed and regulated by Curacao Gaming license number 365/JAZ. Aureate Gaming Solutions will hereinafter be referred to as 'The Company'. All reference in these terms to 'the company', "we" and "us" are references to the company.

1.2 A player is any person who has registered an account with the Company.

1.3 All references in these Terms to "our" service, games or any other product or service are a reference to the products or services offered by the company whether they are provided directly or through a third-party supplier.

1.4 These Terms govern the relationship between you (the player) and the company and incorporate the terms upon which you place bets using our service. Please read these Terms carefully and ensure that you fully understand them before agreeing to be bound by them.

1.5 We may need to change these Terms and Customer Agreement from time to time for a number of reasons. The most up-to-date Terms of Use can be accessed from the Terms and Conditions link in the footer section of the Website, and the date on which they will come into force is noted on the general Terms and Conditions Page. Where we wish to make changes to the Terms of Use, we will give you as much prior notice of such changes as is reasonably practicable via email or by post. You agree to check your emails on each occasion and review the Terms of Use through the Terms and Conditions link on the Website on a regular basis.

1.6 Any calls between you and the company (or the company and you) may be recorded for monitoring and regulatory purposes.

2. The Games

2.1 By playing our games you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Our services are offered under the terms of our Combined Remote Operating License.

2.3 To play for real money on any of our services, you must first register a new account and make a deposit using a debit or credit card or other applicable payment method.

2a. RNG Games and Live Games offered by third parties.

2a.1.1 Players must be over 18 and must live in a country where online gambling is legal. No bets will be accepted from players who do not meet the preceding criteria. In any instance where an ineligible player makes a bet we may void all bets, refund all deposits and withhold any winnings for that player.

2a.1.2 Employees of the company operating the Casino, Evolution Gaming, Net Entertainment and Quickfire Games, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries or other agencies, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Casino.

2a.1.6 Bets can only be made on the RNG Games and Live Games offered by third parties via the website; we will accept no phone bets for this product.

2a.1.7 Bets will be considered as having been placed when they are confirmed by the game server. Once a bet has been confirmed by our game server it cannot be cancelled.

2a.1.8 For multi-stage games, which involve decision making/actions by the customer, decisions will be deemed to have been made when they are acknowledged by our game server. In the case of disputes the log of our game server will be deemed the final arbiter of whether an action has been taken by the customer, and if so what action was taken.

2a.1.9 The Company will not be responsible for any loss of connection to a game resulting from an issue at the customers end, or issues involving third parties equipment and/or software.

2a.1.10 Should you have any complaints relating to the RNG Games and Live Games offered by third parties you may contact our customer support service. Should the customer not be satisfied with the way his complaint was resolved or handled he may escalate directly to the CEG by sending them an email to their Complaint Service.

2b Aborted or Miscarried Games & Cancellations

2b.1 You undertake to promptly notify the Company in writing of any error or incompleteness in the Company's online gaming system which you notice while accessing the Games. You accept that the Company may adjust the Player's account balance in the unlikely event of a software error which incorrectly rewards a prize to the Player or exceeded bet limit amounts. Any winnings made because of any such errors will be cancelled. The Company reserves the right to terminate an event and/or game should it have reasonable grounds for suspecting that the outcome of the event or the game may be compromised.

2b.2 Aborted and Miscarried Games; in the case of a player being disconnected from the Internet while playing, the software will keep the games results and the player balance as they were before disconnecting. The Company will take all reasonable steps to make sure that our computer system allows players who experience game interruptions/ technical difficulties with our software or their personal computing device (after player has made a wager) to resume play and restore said game as it was before the interruption took place. In the event a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, the Company shall refund the amount wagered in the game to you by crediting it to your account. We will not be liable to you for any loss that you may incur as a result of misuse of your password, or in the case of the Telephone Service, of your telephone access number, and we accept no liability resulting from its unauthorized use, whether fraudulent or otherwise.

2b.3 We reserve the right to refuse your registration for a betting account and/or refuse / limit specific bets place from an account based on any checks we run on your user details.

3. Registration

3.1 In order to use our Service, users are required to complete the User Registration process. By completing the process, you will authorize us to maintain an account registered in your name ("Account"). On confirmation of your registration by us, you will become a "Registered User". You agree to keep your account details up to date and to inform us of any changes to the details supplied during registration.

3.2 Among other details, you will be advised to choose a secure password. In general, longer passwords are more robust than shorter passwords. Your password should contain a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters as well. Your password should contain mixed-case letters. Do not create a password that is derived from a Username. Do not create a password that has a commonly known first, middle or last name in any form. Do not create a password that utilizes Player initials or nickname.

3.3 You are not permitted to become a Registered User or to use our Service if you are under 18 years of age or acting on behalf of a person under 18 years of age or not of legal gambling age within your jurisdiction.

3.4 When registering you must provide us with a valid identification address and contact email and a phone number from which you will place your bets. Only one player may be registered in relation to any one phone number. You must ensure that other parties do not gain unauthorized access to your telephone, if they do so they will be able to place bets using the credit on your account. Any bets placed from your nominated telephone will be treated as if they have been placed by you. You will be eligible to receive any winnings and also liable for any losses. You may not withhold your caller ID from your registered phone number if you wish to participate in our games. In the event that we discover an invalid phone number registered to an account, then that account will be immediately closed by our Fraud Team.

3.5 Please note that it is your responsibility to comply with your own national laws applicable to the use of our Service.

3.5.1 21Bet has restrictions in regards to opening accounts and taking bets from certain countries such as Romania, Singapore, USA and Turkey. 21Bet reserves the right to request proof of residence from you if you wish to deposit or withdraw from restricted territories. No winnings will be paid to you in respect of any products or services used whilst you are located within any jurisdictions where opening accounts are restricted at 21Bet.

3.6 We reserve the right at our own absolute discretion, to:

3.6.1 Refuse to accept you as a registered user.

3.6.2 Suspend and/or terminate your registration as a registered user and shall not be obliged to provide you with reasons for doing so. In both cases any contractual agreements already made will be honored.

3.7 You must register personally. By registering, you also verify you do NOT already have an Account, as you may only hold one account. Duplicate registrations are NOT permitted. In the event that we have reason to suspect that a person has made duplicate registrations, all registrations by that person will be cancelled, and all bonuses and winnings on the duplicate account will be voided.

3.8 You are prohibited from selling, transferring and/or acquiring funds to and from other players.

3.9 You are prohibited from transferring funds amongst player accounts.

3.10 Players should be aware that we enforce a strict policy of one sign up bonus per person and one sign up bonus per address. Should we believe that an individual or a group of people from the same home or IP address have claimed more than one sign up bonus then 21Bet reserves the right at its sole discretion to void the bonus and all bets on the account.

3.11 Players that register and are connected from same IP address may have their accounts closed, winnings withheld and initial deposits refunded if 21Bet's security team suspects or identifies any possibility of fraudulent activities with those accounts.

4. Player Commitment

4.1 Under-age gambling is an offence and you must be 18 years old or over in order to register and play in the Casino. Any transactions with persons under the age of 18 years will be void and no winnings will be paid.

4.2 No players will be accepted under any circumstances that are resident in the United States, France, Singapore and Romania. No bets will be accepted from players who do not meet the preceding criteria, and any instances where an ineligible player makes a bet we will void all bets, refund all deposits and withhold any winnings for that player.

4.3 You are responsible for making sure that you are not registering and/or playing our games in any jurisdiction in which gambling is unlawful.

4.4 We may ask for proof of age and evidence to verify your identity and place of residence at any time. We may use any lawful and reasonable channels and methods available to us to carry out checks of any details provided to us. If, after registration, we become aware that you are under 18 years of age, we shall close your account with immediate effect, and return to you all deposits made.

4.5 We reserve the right to refuse your registration for a betting account, based on any checks we run on your user details.

4.6 You promise that all details in the registration form submitted by you to us are accurate and true. 21Bet reserve the right to verify your registration details, such as name, address, age, payment method used, bets that has been placed at any time via phone conversation or by requesting certain documents via email. In any event of which these verifications fail, 21Bet may at its sole discretion to; * terminate the related account, * subject to criminal or civil prosecution, * void all the bets and all the related funds deposited by player will be returned.

4.7 You will only use the service for your own personal and private entertainment and not for any commercial or business purpose, including bookmaking.

4.8 You guarantee that the source of funds used by you for betting on our Services is legal; it is illegal to deposit any money originating from any illegal activity. All transactions will be screened for Money Laundering and any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Authorities.

4.9 Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated on our chat boards, or otherwise by you on the platforms or with the Company' staff or contractors. In addition, you are not entitled to make untrue and/or malicious and/or damaging comments regarding the Company's operation in any media or forum. Any violation of this policy may result in the suspension of your use of the services and/or such other action as may be reasonably required by us to ensure compliance.

4.10 You guarantee that you will in not try to collude with other players or take any other action in the attempt of distorting normal game play or the outcome of an event. Active measures are taken by the Company to prohibit the use of devices such as robots that may distort the normal game play.

4.11 You must not use any type of computerized assistance in calculating risk strategies or bet or wager placements of any kind or to predict the outcome of any betting or wagering event. Any such action will be considered to be cheating, which is a criminal offence. You also must not use any type of computerized assistance to place bets on the Service(s) or to place repeat bets on the Service(s). If you engage in any of this form of activity you will forfeit any winnings accrued through the use of the Service(s) and the appropriate authorities will be notified.

5. Your Account

5.1 When registering you will be able to make deposit. Deposits are restricted with minimum and maximum set by the relevant payment providers. The Company will not charge you for all deposit methods however charges may be applied by the Payment Provider. For full details of the methods available for deposit please visit our Payments page.

5.2 As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy we may ask players who have deposited for photographic identification, proof of residence and a copy of the front and back of your card/passport prior to any withdrawal being released.

5.3 Unless pre-set by the customer, there is no limit on deposits made by debit/credit card, bank transfers or postal orders. You may be restricted by your e-wallet, but this lies outside of our control.

5.4 If you close your account, you will be entitled to the return of the current available balance, which will be forwarded to you in accordance with the terms for the withdrawal of funds specified in Clause 5.7.

5.5 The Company reserve the right to authorize or delay your deposit at any point following your transaction. Although the funds will appear immediately in your account, in some instances, they may only be transferred from your bank at a later date. The Company is not responsible for any delays regarding the actual deposit date for any subsequent charges levied by your bank.

5.6 You may change your address or phone number but such changes will be subject to review and you will need to provide supporting evidence.

5.7 You may withdraw your money at any time. Money withdrawn will always be returned to the source of the funds where possible. All withdrawals must be completed within 3-5 working days from the date requested. In case The Company have requested any form of documentation from the customer, the withdrawal period starts from the date the customer has sent all the requested documents. 5.8 You are not allowed to contact us on behalf of another players account or permitted to transfer funds to the account of another player.

5.9 In cases of cumulative withdrawals of 2,000 euros (or currency equivalent) and over, the Company will not make a payment out of the Player's gaming account to the Player until the Player's identity, age and place of residence have been verified. The company reserves the right to request any additional information or verification documents to validate The Player's account even at a lower threshold than the one stated above. Wherever possible the Company will do its utmost to process any withdrawal requests within three to five working days from receipt of such request. If the funds deposited were not used for participating in cash games or tournaments, withdrawals will be retained until the identity of the Player and the belonging of the bank account has been unquestionably verified.

5.10 Closing Your Member Account: You may close your account at any time and The Company will return to you any and all funds from your Member Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges.

The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion. The Company reserves the right to close your Member Account and to refund to you the "Account balance" balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at the Company' absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice. If your account is closed for reasons of fraud/money laundering or if you close your account and before processing a payment we suspect fraud/money laundering/ bonus abuse, the company may withhold some or all of your account balance.

5.11 21Bet reserves the right to at any time close a players account, withhold any winnings, refunding the initial deposit of the player after 3rd party charges have been deducted if any of the circumstances listed below occur on a players account. These charges are a 5% deduction for E-wallet refunds, 7.5% for Vouchers refunds and 10% for Credit Card refunds if any of the below circumstances occurs on players account:

In cases where a player opens multiple accounts using the same devices or through the same IP in order to increase their betting limits which were previously applied by the 21Bet Management team.

In cases where a player opens multiple accounts using the same IP or Device to claim promotions such as cash backs or welcome bonuses.

In cases where a player opens an additional or multiple account(s) to reduce the betting risks (such as placing a bet on the same event or for the same game) or any “over/under markets” or similar two way markets that influence each other, including live games.

In cases where by looking at a players' previous bets, the player’s activity has been marked by the 21Bet Management as arbitrage betting.

In cases where players information given during the registration is marked by 3rd party Fraud force platform tools or payment gateways as suspicious due to any of the following scenarios; Credit Card Fraud, ACH/Debit Fraud, Friendly Charge-back, Potential Fraud, Collusion, Chip Dumping, All-in Abuse, Trading Restrictions, Spam, Promotion Abuse, Policy/License Agreement Violations, Profile Misrepresentation, Scammer/Solicitation, Code Hacking, Arbitrage betting, True Identity Theft, Synthetic Identity Theft, Identity Mining/Phishing, Account Take-Over/Hijacking, Failed Multi-Factor Authentication, Application Fraud (1stparty), Claims Fraud (1st party), Business identity Theft, Fictitious Business, Business Takeover, Dealer Fraud, Payment Evasion, Business Misrepresentation, High Risk, Under Age.

In cases where a player has opened an account with similar information which has been used in any other 21Bet account which has been opened before but then has been closed, self-excluded or disabled by the 21Bet Management or by the players own discretion.

In cases where a players fails to answer security questions via the phone verification processes; such as answering questions about previous bets or the payment options which have been used to deposit at 21Bet. Any emails after the failure of phone verification will not be accepted.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liabilities

6.1 The Company accept no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any consequences that are alleged to have occurred through your misuse of our service.

6.2 The Company shall not be held liable for any consequences that are alleged to have occurred through your use of our service where the circumstances that caused such consequences were beyond our control.

6.3 The Company's service is provided without any express warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated, and, to the extent permitted by any applicable law, without any implied warranties or guarantees.

6.4 The Company accept no liability for bets made resulting from the disclosure of your password to any other person, whether such disclosure is made negligently or otherwise. You must keep your security codes confidential, as all bets made using the provided password will be treated as valid and as having been made by you.

6.5 Notwithstanding any of the other clauses in these terms and conditions, the Company in its absolute discretion reserves the right to make persons, their households, their entry phone numbers ineligible to make further entries to the Company's Games and to close their accounts where applicable.

6.6 Employees of the Company, their families and anyone connected with the Company or the Competition, or those ineligible to enter under other clauses in these terms, may not place bets on the Company's Service and are not entitled to gain financially from the placing of bets.

6.7 The Company may disqualify your winnings if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you may be in breach of these terms and conditions and/or your participation in the games may be fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

6.8 The Company is not liable for any technical failure in relation to the Internet site or any other technical infrastructure that results in your bet not being placed. In such circumstances your stake will be returned and no win or loss will be considered. Also in the event that your bet is placed but there is failure in relation to the game outcome, or a technical failure that prevents us from declaring a game outcome, or there is an invalid game outcome, then there are 2 possible options: 1) We will carry forward your bet until a valid game outcome can be declared, or 2) We will return your stake to you. No winnings or losses will be accrued unless there is a valid game outcome.

6.9 The user should check their Account balance each time they access any of our Games. In the event of any errors, it is the Player's responsibility to notify The Company at the earliest possible opportunity. Similarly, if the Company become aware of any errors on your account then we will take the appropriate steps to rectify this error. This includes, but is not limited to, overpayments, underpayments, errors due to manual input or any other technical issue.

6.10 The Player acknowledges that the Company is not a financial institution and the Player accepts that the Player will not receive any interest on the funds in his/her gaming account.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

7.1 These Terms and Conditions for the RNG casino shall be regulated under the Laws of Malta and where applicable, under the Laws of Curacao.

7.3 All translated versions should reflect the same principle; in case of differences in interpretation in the translated versions of this Agreement, the English version is always the deciding language in case of differences in interpretation.

8. Copyright and Trademark

8.1 All of the material on our Service, including the text, graphics, photographs, pictures, sounds, data, images, audio and video clips ("the Material") are the exclusive property of the Company and/or the company or individuals who supply us with the Material. The Material, including compilation, selection, presentation, and arrangement thereof, is protected by national laws and international agreements on copyright, moral rights and other intellectual property rights. You may only use the material for your personal information, and reproduce extracts of the material for strictly personal purposes, without prejudice to the copyright in works featured in the material. Any other form of use (including in particular, reproduction, translation, alteration, modification, distribution, transmission, re-publication, display, broadcast or public representation of the material) is strictly forbidden.

8.2 The Company's name and logo, and any other graphics, logos and trademarks used on our Service are protected by the laws and international agreements on intellectual property. Our trademarks must not be used in association with the products or services of a third party or in a manner which could, either directly or indirectly defame or discredit us or a third party. All other trademarks and trade names appearing on our service (including names of products belonging to third parties) remain entirely the intellectual property of their respective owners.

8.3 You will also not attempt to hack, make unauthorized alterations to or introduce any kind of malicious code to the Service(s) or the associated Website.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. We follow strict procedures in the storage and disclosure of the personal information you give us in your User Registration Form in order to prevent unauthorized access. In the case of Registered Users who use the RNG casino product; your personal data will be shared with 21Bet (Aureate Gaming Solutions Ltd) which is in compliance with Maltese Data Protection laws.

9.2 In order to become a registered user and use our service you must complete our user registration process, and so provide us with certain personal information about your yourself such as name, address, date of birth, telephone number, credit card number, credit card registered address, expiry date, start date and issue number.

9.3 We will use the information about you for the following purposes:

9.3.1 The provision of our services to you, to administer our records, to ensure that the service which we offer you continues to be the most appropriate service for your needs, to respond to any query that you may raise with us and to update our systems.

9.3.2 Marketing and promotions. We will from time to time keep you informed about the services and products which we offer, and send you promotional material.

9.4 We may provide aggregate statistics about our service, customers, traffic patterns, and related service information to reputable third parties, but these statistics would not contain personally identifying information.

9.5 We will not hold information about you which is excessive in respect of the purposes for which it is held.

9.6 Within the Company, only employees who require access to such information in order to discharge their duties will have access to your personal information.

9.7 By becoming a registered user of our service you consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes and in the manner set out in the "Personal Information" section of the Security and Privacy page.

9.8 We reserve the right to pass on User information to the relevant authorities as we deem appropriate if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any illegal activities. For legal reasons, we are not obliged to inform you of the same, or to give any reasons for doing so.

10. Player Self Protection Mechanisms

10.1 For the RNG Casino licensed under Curacao law, a player may set his own limits on the time spent playing, on the maximum acceptable losses in a specified period, or exclude himself from playing for a definite or indefinite period. For the rest of the games a player may set a limit on the amount deposited and may exclude themselves from for a definite or indefinite period of time. These limits can be set by the Player through the Player's My Account page at www.21bet.com.

10.2 You may not increase or remove limits until a cooling off period of 7 days has elapsed from the date you set the limit/s; however, a request to decrease the limit will take effect immediately.

11. Promotions

11.1 In the event that you do not use funds credited to your account within the framework of a promotion, for a period of at least 3 months from the date on which such funds are credited, we reserve the right to reclaim said funds.

11.2 In the event that a player self excludes, suspends or disables their account before the promotion period ends or the prize is awarded, then their eligibility to receive any prizes or bonuses is null and voided. The bonus or prize will then be awarded to the next qualifying player automatically.

11.3 Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which the player must abide by in order to qualify for the bonus or prize.

11.4 21Bet Management reserves the right to alter, terminate or withdraw promotions at any time and at its own discretion.

11.5 In the event of any offer being identified or suspected by the Casino, promotional bonuses will not be granted and management reserves the right to reclaim any winnings attained by these means and prohibit or exclude certain individuals, groups or regions from the promotions with immediate effect. Players that have received emails, informed via live chat or phone from 21Bet support regarding bonus abuse will not be entitled to any 21Bet promotions and any attempts to make a claim will be declined.

12. Customer Funds

12.1 Customer funds means the aggregate value of funds held to the credit of customers including, without limitation:

a) cleared funds deposited with the licensee by customers to provide stakes in, or to meet participation fees in respect of, future gambling,

b) winnings or prizes which the customer has chosen to leave on deposit with the licensee or for which the licensee has yet to account to the customer, and

c) any crystallized but as yet unpaid loyalty or other bonuses, in each case irrespective of whether the licensee is a party to the gambling contract.

12.2 In accordance to the regulations of our license we are required to inform customers about what happens to funds which we hold on account for you, and the extent to which funds are protected in the event of insolvency.

12.3 Customer funds are kept in accounts separate from our business accounts but they would form part of the assets of the business in the event of insolvency.

13. Sportsbook

13.1 Sportsbook is managed by Aureate Gaming Solutions Ltd

13.2 We reserve the right to accept or refuse the whole or any part of any proposed bet.

13.3 A bet shall be deemed to be void if the required stake is not transmitted in full before the event commences, unless (in our absolute discretion) we accept the bet subject to authorisation.

13.4 Bets may not be cancelled or changed once the bet has been placed and acceptance of the bet has been confirmed by us, either in the form of a generated bet receipt or in the open or settled bets section of your account.

13.5 It is your responsibility to ensure details of any bets that you place are correct.

13.6 All prices are subject to variation and, save where the starting price has been selected by you, the price shall be fixed at the time a bet is placed.

13.7 We cannot be held responsible for any typing, human or software error which leads to any errors or omissions in relation to any product or in respect of any publication on the Website of any prices or results other than those intended. We reserve the right to void any bets which have been accepted at an incorrect price or settle the bet at the correct price at the time the bet was placed.

13.8 We are not responsible for the accuracy of any offers, prices or other information displayed on any third-party website including but not limited to price comparison or affiliate websites and we accept no liability in respect of any such errors.

13.9 It is your responsibility to understand the betting and gaming terminology used on the Website and the mechanism of any bet types that you select. If you have any queries as to how certain bet types work, please contact Customer Support before placing any such bet. We cannot accept any responsibility if you place a bet which you do not fully understand.

13.10 Where a number of multiple bets, involving identical or very similar selections, are received by different customers within a short timeframe, we reserve the right to void all such bets, even after the bets have been determined.

13.11 Deposits via Skrill or Neteller will not qualify for any 21Bet Bonus.
